Temporary Property Manager

Experienced Property Managers needed - 4 week temporary assignment starting immediately - $45ph + GST + Mileage allowance - Based in Lyneham, Canberra

Our Client:

A local Real Estate Agency located in Lyneham Canberra, is seeking Property Managers for a 4 week temporary role looking after a residential portfolio of 100 properties.  

The role:

• End to end property management of approx. 100 properties
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspection
• Liaising with landlords & tenants
• Conduct rental reviews and lease renewals
• Manage repairs and maintenance requests
• Arrears management

The Candidate:

• MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience in a property management role
• Current ACT Certificate of Registration
• Clean driver’s license & a car
• Fantastic communication skills, both written & spoken
• Hard worker and exceptional attention to detail
