Customer Care Agent

Temp Talent are currently working on a fantastic temporary Customer Care Agent role to start Monday 22nd November 2021. You would be working for an ever-growing and dynamic company in the home build & design space.

The role

Assisting the company in building relationships with customers who are seeking advice and services on a variety of home solutions.
Your duties would include but not be limited to:

• Responding to customer enquiries from the company website and other portals
• Generating leads from enquiries to pass onto the Sales Team
• Assisting with general customer questions
• Setting follow-up requests to customers
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Providing excellent customer service at all time

 
Skills required:

• Experience using Sales Force is preferred but not necessary
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic
• Exceptional organisational & time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in either a customer service, sales, or real estate role is preferred
