Job description

My client is a well-known real estate agency that are committed to providing the highest standard of customer service and care to their clients and tenants. They need someone with a can-do attitude to step in help them out during a busy period while also maintaining a high level of customer service. 

The Role:

  • Take incoming calls and handle them with professionalism 
  • Provide an efficient reception service handling all enquiries 
  • Actively and appropriately answer client or tenant questions and queries 
  • Facilitate the effective communication between the agency, tenants, clients and other members of staff 

Experience Needed:

  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
  • Strong customer service with a professional and friendly approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous reception experience required
