- Take incoming calls and handle them with professionalism
- Provide an efficient reception service handling all enquiries
- Actively and appropriately answer client or tenant questions and queries
- Facilitate the effective communication between the agency, tenants, clients and other members of staff
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Strong customer service with a professional and friendly approach
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous reception experience required
