Job description

My client is a leading Real Estate Agency based in the heart of Surry Hills with a focus on developments right across Sydney. This family run agency require a temporary receptionist to come in and hit the ground running! This role is perfect for someone who can work with a small tightknit team and at a fast pace.

The Role

Running the office by yourself from the front desk, you will be responsible for fielding all calls and walk-in enquiries for the day.
  • Incoming Mail and outgoing mail
  • General correspondence via phone and email
  • Meet and Greet walk in clients
  • Maintain a tidy office
  • Archiving & database updating
Experience & skills required:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid reception experience in a similar industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Proactive and hardworking attitude
