Senior Property Manager

Our client is an award-winning office based in the highly sought-after heart of the Southern Sydney / Sutherland Shire areas.  This is an opportunity to work with the area’s top real estate agents and learn systems and processes that will expand your real estate career. Currently they are searching for a Senior Property Manager to join the team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the perfect person!

The Role:

You will be managing a perfectly maintained portfolio of 215 Residential properties, with help from a Leasing Consultant / BDM. Day-to-day duties will be mainly office bound and include but are not limited to:

• Creating new tenant files & drawing up leases for signing
• Controlling the vacates process
• Managing rental arrears
• Handling rental reduction
• General repairs & maintenance
• Some accounting required, general daily invoicing
• Adhoc duties as and when required

 
Experience Required:

• Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager
• MUST have current Certificate of Registration
• Experience using Property Tree software
• Strong communication skills written & verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work co-operatively and independently
