We're seeking an experienced Temporary Leasing Consultant to join a busy, high-performing residential property team in Sydney's Sutherland Shire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

• Immediate start
• Initial 1-month assignment with the potential to extend
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & half-day Saturday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
• On-site parking available

The Role
You'll be supporting a busy property management team with all aspects of leasing, including:

• Conducting open homes (including Saturdays)
• Processing rental applications
• Completing ingoing inspections
• Carrying out routine inspections
• Taking high-quality 360° virtual tours of properties
• Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords and the property management team
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Previous experience in residential leasing or property management
• Experience completing ingoing and routine inspections
• Strong knowledge of processing tenancy applications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience with the following software is highly regarded:

• PropertyMe
• Reapit
