My client is a trusted Real Estate agency located in the Inner West of Sydney. Due to staff annual leave, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team on a Monday – Saturday basis for 6 weeks. As the only Property Manager in the office, the successful candidate will be kept busy managing a portfolio of 190 residential properties completing all tasks except for accounts.
The role:
To be successful in this position it is essential that you have prior Property Management experience.

- Manage a portfolio of 190 residential properties
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases
- Arrears management
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
- 3 years Property management experience essential
- Certificate of Registration
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- A clean driver’s license and reliable car
- Knowledge of Inspection Manager, PropertyMe and Google Mail are a MUST
- $35 per hour + Super + Mileage
- Start immediately
