Temporary Property Manager

Known for their prestigious Residential and Commercial properties, this dynamic inner-city real estate group office is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team for an ongoing assignment. With extensive knowledge of the Eastern suburbs, my client has a strong reputation for customer service and marketing success.
 
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a residential portfolio of 200 and will be involved in all facets of portfolio management from;

• In/outgoing & periodic inspections
• Handling repairs & maintenance issues
• Chasing rental arrears
• Rental reviews
• Lease preparation & lease sign ups
• Manage all Landlord & tenant communication

The Candidate:

• Must have previous experience in a Property Management role
• High level of Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Property Tree highly desirable
• Ability to multitask & prioritise
• Faultless knowledge of the Act
• Current Certificate of Registration, Car and Driver’s License
