Temporary Property Manager

We are currently seeking someone with property management experience working across the Sydney Fringe. Opportunities for ongoing assignment and part time work is available for the right person.
 
The role:
 
A Monday – Friday role or Part time that will see you manage the day-to-day running’s between 125 - 200 residential properties.  Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 

• Assist with tenant and landlord communication
• Oversee lease approvals, applications, reference checks
• Manage & follow up repairs and maintenance
• Rent inquiries, negotiations and arrears management
• Ad Hoc duties as required

Experience:
 

• 1-3 years property management experience, managing your own portfolio
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A clean driver’s licence and reliable car
• Knowledge of Property Me, Inspection Express is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the act
