Job Description

My client is situated in an exclusive location in the North shore surrounded by cafes and boutique shops. They have over 100 year's experience in the real estate industry and specialise in commercial, residential and retail property services.

The office is calm and the environment is very supportive and friendly. They encourage agents to grow within the company and they have several events throughout the year within the group to attend.

The Role:

  • Administration to the Sales and Admin team
  • Answering phone and taking messages
  • Handling daily post and booking couriers
  • Keeping the office and reception area tidy


  • Well Established & Supportive office
  • No accounts
  • No weekends
  • Some flexibility with hours
  • Easy parking


  • Experience in a reception role essential
  • Ability to multitask & prioritise
  • Confident telephone manner & administration skills
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Ability work independently
