This Inner West based agency are seeking a well-presented, hard-working Receptionist to join their successful office situated close to Rozelle. This busy and highly varied Monday - Friday position will have you based on reception, meeting and greeting clients, and assisting the property management department. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Preparing Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Compiling weekly reports
- Updating and maintaining window display
- Maintaining the key register
- Monitoring property and leasing mailboxes
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Receipting rents through REST Professional
- Keeping office, reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Booking meeting rooms for team
- Ordering of office supplies
- Other ad-hoc administration support as required
The candidate lucky enough to secure a position with this outstanding organisation will be well presented and have high verbal and written communication skills (MS Office skills will be tested). You should have prior experience in Real Estate or in an administration/reception role, and a Certificate of Registration. A can-do attitude and willingness to give 110% at all times are essentials to succeed in this role, and in return you will receive the best training and support the industry can provide in a leading boutique brand.
