This Monday to Friday role requires full availability until end of February 2020, working alongside the operations manager you will be responsible for:
- Relief reception duties as and when required
- Attend to facilities and maintenance within the office
- Correspondence - writing, editing and proof-reading documents & scripts
- Listening to audio & video material and transcribing accurately
- Assisting the team with administrative duties- customer enquiries, follow ups
- Ability to drive outcomes and manage multiple priorities
- Solid administration experience in a similar capacity
- Typing speed minimum of 65 wpm
- Excellent English vocabulary and grammar skills
- Exceptional hearing and comprehension
- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Amazon translate, Vimeo (screening software)
