My client is a highly influential, private property group that established over 25 years ago. With multiple offices covering all facets of the non-residential property segment they pride themselves in being specialists in the main business regions of Sydney. The role:
An experienced Commercial Property Management Trust Accountant is required for a 6-month assignment. You will be responsible for managing the trust accounts for up to 200 commercial properties using REST & Filesmart. Your responsibilities will include:
- Trust account bank reconciliation
- Entering & payment of invoices & deposits
- Processing deposits on exchange
- Preparing accounts for settlement & processing settlements
- Preparing cheques & invoice payments
- Processing EOM and Mid month payments
- Additional administrative tasks as directed by the manager
Experience needed:
- Immediate availability until April 2019
- 2 years Commercial Property Management trust accounting experience
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential
- Must be able to take direction & have fantastic attention to detail
- Tech savvy and experience working with multiple trust accounts
