Temp Talent is currently working with a vibrant boutique Strata Management Company located on the Northern Beaches. Dedicated to providing Owners Corporations, Community and Neighbourhood Associations with the high level of customer service they are seeking a temporary part time receptionist for the next 5 weeks.
Working in a small office of 6 this role calls for Monday - Friday availability to help man the busy front desk and to assist the office in their day to day duties.
- Greeting clients
- Answering & directing calls
- Providing administration support to property management staff
- General email correspondence
- Maintenance & general upkeep of the reception & meeting rooms
- Data entry and looking up files
- Real Estate experience essential
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 12 months
- Clear & confident communication skills
- $25 ph + Super
- Monday - Friday only
- Flexible on hours, can do 20 hours per week
- No car required, close to public transport
- Immediate start, 5-week assignment with possibility to extend
