One of our favourite clients are seeking a Receptionist to join their tight knit team in their brand-new harbour side offices. With unsurpassed support and training, there really is no better Property Management team to join and grow your career with! They are needing a temp for an ongoing basis, this role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate!
This role is very fast paced, supporting a team of Property Managers- reporting to a supportive Senior Property Manager. Monday - Friday only offering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most exclusive properties.
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls and taking messages
- Collect and distribute mail and deliveries
- Handle tenant enquiries
- Property Management administration
- Assisting with repairs and maintenance
- Monitoring cleanliness of office and meeting rooms
- Reception & Property Management administration experience ideally in real estate
- Certificate of Registration is Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculate presentation and a confident phone manner
- Outstanding customer service and time management skills
- $25.50ph + Super
- Monday - Friday 10.30am - 5.30pm
- No car required, close to major public transport links
- Modern office with the stunning Sydney views
- Scope for a permanent position
