My client is a leading Real Estate Agency based in the heart of Sydney's East with a focus on residential property right across Sydney. This group have a great reputation for rewarding their staff, and now require a temporary Receptionist to relief the office as they head out to a company wide event on Friday 5th of July, 2019!
Running the office by yourself from the front desk, you will be responsible for fielding all calls and walk in enquiries for the day.
- Incoming Mail and outgoing mail
- General correspondence via phone and email
- Meet and Greet walk in clients
- Maintain a tidy office
- Archiving & database updating
Experience & skills required:
- Ability to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Solid reception experience in a similar industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive and hardworking attitude
