About the Client:

About the Role:

You will be based on a busy reception desk while also supporting a busy sales and property management team with ad-hoc administrative duties. Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Handling multiple daily walk-ins
  • Maintaining office key register
  • Ordering Stationary & office supplies
  • Ad-hoc admin duties

The Experience needed:

Ideally you will have 6 - 12 months experience in a similar role in real estate. You must possess the following:

  • Ability to handle high end clientele
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
