Job Description

My Client is located in a prominent, high exposure and centrally located hub on Sydney’s North Shore. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Property Management Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis. They pride themselves on achieving outstanding results for their clients including many record prices and high returns on their valuable assets and have developed property management procedures that place them at the forefront of leading industry practice.

The Role

Working in a small team you will be based at the front desk and responsible for backing up the department in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business portfolio.

Each of your days will include:

  • Answering and distributing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing couriers, as well as incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining inventory levels (stationery, groceries etc.)
  • Advertising vacant properties and updating inspection times online
  • Coordinating lease enquiries & processing tenant applications
  • Entering properties into their database
  • Organising property inspections and preparing property condition reports

The successful candidate must:

  • Certificate of Registration is a MUST
  • Administration and Property management experience essential
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Property Me is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Sydney’s North Shore
