- Manage all settlement /exchanges administration
- Exchange letters going to solicitors, vendors and purchasers
- Record advertising invoices and updating spread sheets
- CRM system maintenance
- Daily banking reconciliations for Sales Trust
- Record any deposits invested, set up investment accounts
- Previous Sales Trust experience is ESSENTIAL
- A high skill level in relation to IT especially Excel
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role within another agency
- Proficient in REST
- Monday - Friday
- Two week assignment commencing ASAP
- Up to $35.00 per hour
- No car required, close to bus and train line
- Busy front of house role that will see the days fly by
- Flexible hours if need be- 10am-2pm on offer.
