- Trust account bank reconciliation
- Entering & payment of invoices & deposits
- Processing deposits on exchange
- Preparing accounts for settlement & processing settlements
- Preparing cheques & invoice payments
- Additional administrative tasks as directed by the manager
- End of month and mid month receipting
To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have previous Sales Trust Accounts and Property Management Trust accountant experience
- Have a current Certificate of Registration
- Must be able to take direction & have fantastic attention to detail
