Kat is the operational heart of Resolver Recruitment, working closely with Director and Founder Virginia Brookes to ensure the business runs smoothly and the team operates at its highest potential. As General Manager, Kat leads the day-to-day operations across both Resolver Recruitment and Temp Talent, providing structure, support, and clarity to the entire team.

Since joining Resolver in 2018, Kat has grown alongside the business—starting as a Team Administrator, then stepping into roles as Executive Assistant and Operations Manager, before taking the reins as General Manager. With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate across administration, compliance, and accounts, she brings a strong understanding of what’s required to keep a fast-paced, high-performing team aligned and on track.

Kat is known for her calm, organised, and solutions-focused approach. She’s deeply trusted by the team and plays a key role in ensuring the consultants have everything they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
