Throughout her career Virginia has worked for some of Sydney and London’s Leading Agencies in both Property Management and Business Development including Colliers International, Knight Frank Residential and L J Hooker.

As someone who has only ever worked in, and been involved in the real estate industry, Virginia has developed specific skills across all facets of real estate. Virginia has “lived” many roles within real estate from Reception to Department Manager, and she can relate to the demands of each role and how staff should perform. Since establishing Resolver Recruitment in 2006 Virginia combines her practical real estate and property industry skills with her interests in human resources.
