We are expanding and have room on our team for a junior Recruitment Consultant to work side by side our Senior Consultant and our Director on a 6 – 12 month FTC with the potential of going permanent. Great for anyone on a Working Holiday Visa!
You will be supporting our team with an overflow of work to help service our Clients and Candidates, and will learn every aspect of recruitment including:
- Database management including inputting and managing candidate files, vacancies & ongoing maintenance
- Uploading job vacancies to job boards and managing applications
- Compliance management
- Candidate Management
- Administration Support including sending all assignment confirmations and managing paperwork requirements
- Assist with filling vacancies
- Phone screening candidates
The ideal candidate will be coming with a minimum of 12 months administration experience in an office environment, preferably in Recruitment / HR industry or even Real Estate or Property.
- A hard working, determined & can-do attitude
- Excellent ability to listen & understand people with a strong customer service focus
- A proven ability to follow up & follow through
- Strong administration skills and a sound attention to detail
- An excellent level of written & verbal communication skills
- $60,000 - $65,000 salary + company phone
- Monday – Friday with WFH one day a week!
- No car required, close to major transport links
