My client is looking for a candidate to start immediately for a 4 week contract for Temporary Leasing Consultant role. This role will be Monday – Saturday with a day off in lieu.

My client is looking for a candidate to start immediately for a 4 week contract for Temporary Leasing Consultant role. This role will be Monday – Saturday with a day off in lieu.
The Role:
- Advertising all vacant properties online
- Co-ordinate open times & liaison with tenants
- Prepare leases & carry out lease sign ups
- Follow up all phone & email inquiry from prospective tenants
- Process rental applications & references
- Manage Saturday & mid-week opens
The Candidate:
- MUST have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Have a current Certificate of Registration, Drivers licence & a vehicle
- IMMACULATE presentation
- Clear & concise communication both written & verbally
