Seeking a Temporary Property Manager to join their team on a Monday – Friday basis with very flexible hours on offer too for the right person, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Role:
Seeking a Temporary Property Manager to join their team on a Monday – Friday basis with very flexible hours on offer too for the right person, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Working in a Pod System
- Preparing leases & bond forms
- Compiling tenancy packs
- In-goings & out-goings
- Tenancy reference checks
- Repairs & maintenance
- Ad Hoc duties
To be successful for this role you MUST have:
- Current Certificate of Registration
- MINIMUM of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Clean driving record & a car
- Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
- Strong administration & organisational skills
