Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in the ACT, ensuring their efficient management and maintenance.
- Liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address maintenance issues, lease agreements, and any other property-related matters.
- Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any concerns or maintenance needs promptly.
- Handling rental inquiries, tenant screenings, lease negotiations, and rental agreements.
- Managing rent collection, arrears, and financial reporting for the assigned portfolio.
- Staying updated on relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to property management in the ACT.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Property Manager role, preferably within the ACT real estate market.
- Hold a valid ACT Certificate of Registration
- Strong knowledge of property management practices, legislation, and regulations in the ACT.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to property management.
