Property Manager

Our client is a committed & professional Real Estate agency based on the Central Coast. They pride themselves on having an exceptional understanding of the local market to ensure only the best results for all of their stakeholders. With their success comes flourishing new business, which is why they need a temporary Property Manager to step into the role to maintain the existing portfolio, as they take on new managements and develop their business.

The Role:

Seeking a Temporary Property Manager to join their team on a Monday – Friday basis, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Preparing leases & bond forms
• Compiling tenancy packs
• Routine inspections
• Tenancy reference checks
• Repairs & maintenance
• Ad Hoc duties

 
To be successful for this role you MUST have:

• Current Certificate of Registration
• MINIMUM of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
• Strong administration & organisational skills
