We are currently looking for termporary Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to work side by side this industry recognised selling Principal to enable their continued success!

As a team sales and marketing co-ordinator, you will support a growing team of agents and work in close conjunction with the leadership team. You’ll find the team - driven, hardworking, and quick at shifting gears in a fast-paced market. Your primary responsibility is to support the agents and support staff with all their property marketing needs. You will manage the end-to-end process including creating, approving, and delivering marketing materials, while ensuring compliance with corporate marketing policies, procedures, and guidelines and within supplier deadlines. 


The role: 
  • Assisting agents with all marketing enquiries 
  • Sending sales properties live on website portals
  • Ensuring all of the marketing deadlines that apply to the business are met daily
  • Daily communication sent to agents with all deadlines outlined, following through until completion
  • Preparation and coordination of all marketing campaigns
  • Preparing sales contracts, entering data into CRM, liaising with Solicitors, preparing Commission Tax Invoices, managing sales deposits
  • Managing database
  • Preparing presentation proposals
  • Organising new listings
  • The organisation of all settlement tasks and client gifts
  • Assist with team marketing and social media accounts 
You will thrive on multi-tasking and being busy - Your primary responsibilities include: 
  • Processing invoices for payment 
  • Adding offers and ensuring exchange process is managed effectively in Agent Box 
  • Uploading new listings and management of them throughout the sales process 
  • Management of all administrative tasks within the sales team 
  • Preparing Marketing campaign 
  • Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots 
  • Creation of Property campaign advertising (signboards, brochures DL’s) 
  • Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly deadlines 
  • Assisting with listing presentations 
  • Coordinating the marketing and photoshoots 
  • Working alongside an award winning and professional team 
  • Attending sales team training, sales meetings, and company events 
  • Data management, creating templates, improving processes General client management - relationship calls 

Requirements: 
 
  • Must have Certificate of Registration (legal industry requirement) 
  • Previous Real Estate Marketing experience 
  • CampaignTrack experience highly desirable 
You will be paid an attractive hourly rate that is commensurate to your experience.
