We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Admin Coordinator to jump into this 3-week temp role and hit the ground running. You’ll be supporting a busy team of high-performing agents with all things sales admin, campaign coordination and client management.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Admin Coordinator to jump into this 3-week temp role and hit the ground running. You’ll be supporting a busy team of high-performing agents with all things sales admin, campaign coordination and client management.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and managing sales and marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Uploading listings, launching properties across web portals, managing deadlines
- Creating brochures, signboards, proposals and all sales collateral
- Supporting agents with compliance, CRM updates (AgentBox), contracts and exchanges
- Liaising with solicitors, processing invoices, tracking deposits and issuing CTIs
- Handling client gifting, database management and assisting with social media
- Jumping into team meetings and helping keep the wheels turning smoothly!
- Certificate of Registration – must have
- Strong experience in real estate sales admin/marketing
- Tech-savvy – confident using AgentBox, CampaignTrack, RealTime Agent, Canva etc.
- Great energy, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills
- A proactive mindset and positive, can-do attitude
- Immediate start – walk into a well-oiled team
- Great hourly rate – up to $41/hour + Super
