We are offering an incredible opportunity for an experienced Temporary Property Manager who is looking to work with a well-respected agency in the City fringe location of Surry Hills. This agency has strong property management processes that position them at the forefront of leading industry practice. You will love coming to work every day and being a part of this vibrant and buzzing Property Management team
with an absolute commitment to delivering an outstanding service to their local market.
 
The role:

• All aspects of Property Management
• Manage portfolio up to 280
• Respond to all landlord and tenant enquiries
• Ingoings and outgoings 
• Carry out routine inspections
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Arrears management   

The candidate:

• Must have 12 months property management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a great work ethic
• Immaculate presentation
• Must have Certificate of Registration
