Located in Liverpool they looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to assist the team. This is an ongoing role until approximately September with the opportunity to go permanent.

The Role:
- Landlord and Tenant liaison
- Organising building works and repairs
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Calculating ingoings and outgoings
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Maintaining relevant registers
- Monthly reporting
- A minimum of 3 years + in a commercial property management role
- Solid understanding of Commercial & Retail legislation & compliance
- A high degree of communication skills & computer literacy
- Relevant industry qualifications & current license with transport
- An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Experience on Re-Leased software would be highly regarded
- Paying up to $50ph + Super + Mileage
- Monday toFriday only - NO weekends
- Temp to Perm opportunity OR
- 8 month booking!
- Commencing ASAP
