Temporary Leasing Consultant

Our Client is in a prominent, high exposure and centrally located hub on Sydney’s North Shore. They are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their team for 6 weeks over February & March to help during a busy period. Working in an established Property Management team you will work with experienced Property Managers and a skilled Business Development Manager to lease new business and re-lets.

The Role:

• Managing incoming & existing renal enquiries
• Showing properties, including private inspections
• Assisting Senior Property Managers as required
• Processing applications
• Conducting reference checks
• Ad Hoc duties as required

The Candidate:

• MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Clean driver’s license & own vehicle
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Fantastic communication skills, both written & spoken
