$38 per hour + Super + Mileage | ASAP Start | 2-month assignment (potential extension) - Part Time
A well-established property business is seeking a confident Leasing Consultant to step into a busy Hunter portfolio looking after 350-380 properties on a part time temporary basis. If you enjoy autonomy, meeting people, and running a smooth process from enquiry through to signed lease, this is a great contract to jump into quickly.This role offers the best of both worlds: time on the road for opens/inspections, plus WFH flexibility for admin days — with solid systems and support in place. 3 days per week (flexible with the days), phone and laptop provided.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing leasing from enquiry → application → approval → lease signing
- Conducting open homes and creating a great experience for prospective tenants
- Completing routine inspections with care and compliance
- Responding to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- Preparing lease documentation accurately and efficiently
- Working alongside Property Managers to deliver a seamless tenant/landlord experience
- Keeping inspections timely while staying on top of admin
- 1–2+ years residential leasing experience
- Current NSW Real Estate Licence / Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and cloud-based property systems
- A reliable car and flexibility to travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Rate: $38 per hour + Super + Mileage
- Start: ASAP - Part time - 3 days per week
- Duration: Up to 2 months (with potential to extend)
- Location: Hunter region (hybrid — field based + WFH admin)
