This role is exclusively with Temp Talent, based in Sydney CBD my client is a well-respected agency that prides themselves on the integrity, commitment & enthusiasm of their courteous, dedicated team. They are currently looking for a temporary Property Manager to assist in the department for a 3-week assignment in a full-time capacity working Monday- Friday only.

The Role:
- Management of 200 properties
- Liaising with landlords & tenants
- Arrears management
- Conduct rental reviews and lease renewals
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases
- Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspection
- MUST have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Have a current Certificate of Registration or RE license
- Strong ability for problem solving
- Knowledge of Property Tree highly desirable
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Clear & concise communication both written & verbally
- Paying up to $35ph + Super
- Company car & parking space provided!
- Tech Savvy office with cloud-based software
- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- No accounts & assistance from a Leasing Consultant
- Scope for ongoing temp work within the company
