Temporary Property Manager

Property Manager position - Commencing immediately for 2 weeks - Monday to Friday role - $45ph + Super + Mileage

Our client is a well-known real estate agency that are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to assist the team for a two week temporary position on the lower north shore.

The role:

A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 150-200 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 properties
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections

Qualifications and Experience:

• NSW Certificate of Registration is essential
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a residential property management role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A clean driver’s license and reliable car
• Knowledge of Property Tree highly desirable
