Temporary Property Manager

2 x Property Manager positions available - Commencing immediately for 3 to 4 weeks - Monday to Friday role - $45ph + Super + Mileage

This Real Estate Agency has offices across Sydney and they are currently seeking a Property Manager for their office in Double Bay, and a Property Manager for the office in Cronulla.

The role:

A Monday to Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 130-180 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of 130-180 properties
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases, renewals and rent reviews
• Arrears management
• Ingoing/outgoings and routine inspections

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years property management experience essential
• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A clean driver’s license and reliable car
• Knowledge of PropertyMe highly desirable
