Temporary Property Manager

Are you a residential Property Manager currently between jobs or looking for some flexibility before going away on holidays?
 
Our client is a team of passionate and positive local Sutherland Shire experts with a reputation for being the most honest and genuine agents in the area.
 
The role:

• Based in Jannali NSW
• $45 per hour + super + mileage
• Temporary 8 week Property Manager holiday cover role 
• Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm (one hour break)
• ASAP start, finishing on 30th of August 2024
• Portoflio of 240 properties
• With assistance for ingoings, routines and accounts
• Overflow leasing support where required
• Programs: PropertyMe, Inspect360, Outlook for emails

To be successful for this role you MUST have:

• Current Certificate of Registration or higher
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Clean driving record & your own car
• Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• A proven track record of being reliable and dependable
