Temporary Property Manager

Are you an experienced Property Manager available for an immediate start?
We’re seeking a confident, organised, and proactive professional to step into a busy portfolio on a temporary basis. This role is located at Avoca Beach, Central Coast for a 3 week assignment with the possibility of extending. Monday to Friday.
You’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio of around 180 properties. You’ll have the support of an experienced team and access to efficient systems (PropertyMe and IRE) to help you hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of property management, including maintenance, rent arrears, and inspections
• Liaise with landlords and tenants, maintaining strong relationships
• Coordinate leasing activities and manage tenancy agreements
• Handle email and phone inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures

About You:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (minimum 1–2 years)
• Strong working knowledge of PropertyMe and IRE
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities
• Ready to start immediately
