Temporary Property Manager

Property Management role - Immediate start - South Sydney - MUST have current Certificate of Registration

The Role:
Seeking a Temporary Property Manager to join their team on a Monday – Friday basis with flexible hours, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Mange repairs and maintenance requests
• Lease sign-ups and preparation of leases
• Arrears management
• Ingoing/outgoings
• Tenancy reference checks
• Ad Hoc duties

To be successful for this role you MUST have:

• Current Certificate of Registration
• MINIMUM of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Clean driving record & a car
• Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
• Strong administration & organisational skills
