They are looking for a Property Manager to get stuck into their busy workload and assist with the influx of inbound inquiries.

A Monday – Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 140 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

A Monday – Friday role that will see you manage the day to day running’s of 140 residential properties. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with tenant and landlord communication
- Oversee lease approvals, applications, reference checks
- Manage & follow up repairs and maintenance
- Rent inquiries, negotiations and arrears management
- Arrange & attend private inspections
- Ad Hoc duties as required
- 3 years Property Management experience, managing your own portfolio
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A clean driver’s licence and reliable car
- Knowledge of REST, Filesmart and Inspect real estate highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of the act
- Paid weekly every Monday!
- Monday – Friday only
