This assignment is ideal for a capable PM who can jump in, take ownership, and keep things running smoothly while being supported by a collaborative team and solid processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end: tenant & landlord communication, operations, and issue resolution
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades/contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-up actions
- Managing arrears and supporting rent reviews/increases where required
- Handling entries/exits and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
- Keeping systems up to date and staying on top of admin and deadlines
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a great client experience
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in Residential Property Management (handover-ready / able to hit the ground running)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Great organisation, attention to detail, and confidence juggling competing priorities
- Comfortable with property management software and MS Office
- Available to start ASAP and commit to a 3-month assignment

- Rate: $50 per hour + Super

- Duration: 3 months (potential to extend depending on business needs)
