Temporary Property Officer

One a day a week, 6 month booking – $35ph + super + mileage allowance  – Immediate start – Suitable for someone studying or looking for part time hours.
 
This office is a dynamic and innovative Real Estate office committed to providing exceptional services. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Property Officer to support the Property Management team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Overflow support on a portfolio of 450 properties, conducting Periodic inspections and Ingoing inspections
• Maintain and organise electronic and physical files related to property management.
• Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience using PropertyTree software and Inspection Manager is essential.
• A current Certificate of Registration and prior experience working in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
