Want the opportunity to work for an outstanding and well-known Real Estate Agency that are experienced across residential and commercial property management & sales.  My client is based on the Northern Beaches and have an award-winning team in their network, offer over 50 years combined experience. They are constantly demonstrating outstanding results across both sales and property management and are currently looking for a great temporary corporate receptionist to assist with annual leave cover.

The Role:
This is a Monday- Friday role commencing mid-January for 3 weeks, this role is varied and will include:
  • Answering and directing phone calls via a busy switchboard
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Key management & stationary ordering
  • Property Management & Sales support as needed
  • Scanning, filing & archiving company documents
  • Collating marketing material
The Successful Candidate:
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Immaculate grooming and professional phone manner
  • Corporate reception presentation
  • Ability to work diligently
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration highly desired
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
