This is a Monday- Friday role commencing mid-January for 3 weeks, this role is varied and will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls via a busy switchboard
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Key management & stationary ordering
- Property Management & Sales support as needed
- Scanning, filing & archiving company documents
- Collating marketing material
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Immaculate grooming and professional phone manner
- Corporate reception presentation
- Ability to work diligently
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration highly desired
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Convenient location on the Northern Beaches
- Handover & guidance provided by additional receptionist
- Collaborative, successful high performing office
- Busy role with plenty of variety!
- Free all-day parking!
