Job description
We are seeking a superstar Temporary Retail Portfolio Manager for a 12 month assignment with potential for permanent placement.
The Role:
- $75 per hour + super + mileage
- Join our client’s Head Office as a Portfolio Manager
- North Sydney location with Flexible/Hybrid work arrangements available
- Reporting to the VP, you'll manage leases, network planning, upgrades and refurbishments for our client’s stores, ensuring timely and efficient operations
- Interstate travel required
- 12-month temporary position with potential for permanent approval
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage leases for new and existing retail locations
- Conduct feasibility analyses and prepare capital proposals
- Oversee lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and closures
- Liaise with legal, lease administration, and finance teams
- Prepare feasibility reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with project management teams for store fit-outs and refurbishments
To be successful you must have:
- A background in Retail Property Management
- Solid knowledge of retail tenancy and lease regulations
- Minimum 5 years of negotiation experience in retail leasing
- Flexibility for interstate travel
- Fluency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Tertiary education in a property related field (preferred)
- Own reliable car, with current driver’s license
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
