Temporary Sales Administrator

Sales Administration role – 4 week temporary assignment - $35-40ph plus Super depending on experience

Temp Talent is working with a respected Real Estate agency located in the eastern suburbs. They are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to assist during a busy period.

The role:

A Monday to Friday role with a real estate agency, you will be supporting the sales agents with their administrative tasks. This role will see you responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of agency agreements, exchanges, leases, and other legal documents.
• Coordinating property listings and maintaining accurate records in the database.
• Scheduling property viewings, inspections, and appointments for the sales team.
• Managing communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• General marketing tasks, reporting, social posts.

Experience required:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within Real Estate ESSENTIAL
• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration needed
• Excellent attention to detail, quick learner, and professional demeanour
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
