The role:
A Monday to Friday Sales and Marketing Coordinator position with a real estate agency based in the Eastern suburbs. You will be supporting Sales Agents and the wider team with their administrative needs. This role will see you responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Facilitating the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all parties meet deadlines and requirements. Coordinating inspections, appraisals, and liaising with clients and agents.
- Updating real estate listings, including entering new property listings, updating property information, and organising client information.
- Providing marketing support, creation and distribution of marketing materials and assisting with advertising campaigns.
- Previous experience working in a Real Estate office in a similar role is ESSENTIAL!
- Prior experience with VaultRE and Google suite is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with strong problem-solving skills.
- $35ph - $38ph + Superannuation paid weekly
- 2-week temporary role starting immediately
