About the role:
Working on a business reception desk Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, your role will be varied and will include the following:
- Meet & greet clients
- Answering all incoming calls
- Directing enquires & taking messages
- Assisting with Property Management administration
- Maintaining a tidy office
- Ordering office supplies
Skills & experience required:
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Ideally 6 - 12 months reception experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
