- Greeting clients
- Answering & directing calls
- Providing administration support to property management staff
- General email correspondence
- Maintenance & general upkeep of the reception & meeting rooms
- Data entry and looking up files through REST
- Real Estate experience essential
- Certificate of Registration required
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 12 months
- Faultless presentation
- Clear & confident communication skills
- $25 ph + Super
- Monday - Friday only
- No car required, close to public transport
- Immediate start , 3 week assignment with possibility to extend
